The Sedona Marathon “Cinco de Marathon” is approaching quickly and the event kicks off today with the 5th Annual “Biggest Loser” Challenge. What better way to start getting in shape for the New Year?
Rather than pounds lost over a four-week period, the Marathon will take hip and waist measurements at the start of the contest and then re-measures inches lost on race day. To participate in the Biggest Loser you must register for one of the three Marathon races:
- Marathon
- 1/2 marathon
- 5K
- Individuals or teams of 2, 3, 4 or 5 can participate
- Walkers are encouraged.
- There will be a winning category for both the individual and the team.
Simply show up at the Goldenstein Gallery on January 7 and get measured in by Richelle McMaster from Pilates by Richelle. She will provide you with tips to help you reach your goals.
