Tlaquepaque Arts & Craft Village
Kick off your holiday’s with the Festival of Trees
While you are visiting Sedona, Arizona over the Thanksgiving weekend make sure to check out the Festival of Trees at the Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village taking place November 25th until December the 4th, 2011. The Festival of Trees is the perfect event for kicking off your holiday season.
This week long festival features forty elaborately ornamented trees turned into art by some of Sedona’s favorite artists which are up for silent auction and on display in the Tlaquepaque Ballroom ( Proceeds to benefit Toys for Tots and AZ Living Treasures). A new special addition to this years festival will be delightful holiday gingerbread houses.
The Festival of Trees has become part of our family tradition over the last couple of years. Every year the trees are different and masterfully done by the participating artist and Tlaquepaque is filled with wonderful galleries and specialty shops to help you get a start on your holiday gift list! To take a sneak peak of the tree “Little Angel’s Offering” designed and donated by local Artist and LifeMasking Sculptress Liz Learmont, visit Tlaquepaque on Facebook!
For more information on this Sedona event or to learn more about the wonderful galleries and shops located in the village please visit Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village.
