The Sedona Arts Center is pleased to host Sedona PhotoFest! Keeping to their reputation for high quality arts education in an intimate setting, PhotoFest 2012 offers a select group of Master Photographers with in-depth areas of expertise and an opportunity to catch the majesty and magic of Sedona’s landscape each day. Red Rock State Park - Guided Bird Walk
June 9th (7:00 am)
Meet up with other bird lovers at the visitors center and enjoy a leisurely stroll through one of the most popular parks in Northern Arizona . Bird enthusiasts can join a naturalist for a “Guided Bird Walk”. Beginners as well as advanced birders are welcome. Rangers recommend that visitors bring their own binoculars. The Verde Canyon Railroad, one of the most popular attractions in the Sedona-Verde Valley partners up with Liberty Wildlife to offer you the chance to get up close to magnificent wildlife with “Raptors on the Train”These are very special days where Sonora will be on the Train! Who is Sonora you ask? Sonora is a very sociable juvenile bald eagle, who loves to ride the train. With wings outstretched and eyes scanning the horizon, she delights passengers and crew alike.
